Raul R. Reyes

Mr. Raul Receno Reyes is a Senior Counsel of Carag Zaballero Llamado & Abiera Law Offices.

Specializing on criminal defense and prosecution, he has full litigation practice on civil and criminal laws before the metropolitan and regional trial courts, the Sandiganbayan, and the Ombudsman, and appellate practice before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.

His extensive corporate practice includes corporate registrations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate housekeeping, intra and inter-corporate controversies, and contract drafting and review.

He also has wide-ranging experience in immigration law relating to visa applications, and appearances in cases relating to violations of Philippine immigration laws.

Mr. Reyes received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines in 1984. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the same university in 1977.
