Maria Socorro R. Montemayor

Ms. Maria Socorro R. Montemayor is part of the Firm’s Special Projects and Business Support Services Department. Her areas of practice include taxation, corporate and commercial law.

Ms. Montemayor received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2020 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines in 2014. She passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examinations in 2014.

From August to December 2019, Ms. Montemayor worked as a legal intern at the University of the Philippines - Office of Legal Aid. She was also an apprentice in an Ortigas-based law firm in July 2017.
