Sean Carlo C. Tiu

Mr. Sean Carlo C. Tiu is part of the Firm's Corporate Department, where he handles a range of corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, taxation, registration and maintenance of trademarks and other intellectual property matters, and immigration matters.

Mr. Tiu received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2014 and became a member of the Philippine Bar in 2016. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2011.

Mr. Tiu worked as a Legal Intern for the University of the Philippines Office of Legal Aid from April 2013 to June 2013 and November 2013 to March 2014.

Mr. Tiu is also a member of several professional organizations, such as the Philippine Bar Association and the University of the Philippines Law Alumni Association.
