Bobby Johnson O. Sebastian

Mr. Bobby Johnson O. Sebastian is part of the Firm's Taxation Department, where he specializes in tax planning, tax assessments and refunds, and tax litigation. His practice areas also include e-commerce, gaming, corporate law, contract review and negotiations, and criminal litigation.

Mr. Sebastian received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2015 and became a member of the Philippine Bar in 2016. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the same university in 2004.

Before entering law school, Mr. Sebastian worked in the Tax Advisory Department of Deloitte Philippines, where he specialized in tax assessments, compliance and planning, as well as international tax research.

While in law school, Mr. Sebastian worked as a legal researcher for another law firm in the central business district of Quezon City, where he drafted pleadings and legal opinions involving administrative, commercial, labor and civil law.

For his work as a Legal Intern in the University of the Philippines Office of Legal Aid from August 2014 to May 2015, he received the Distinguished Performance award.
