Vianca Mikaella S. Miguel

Ms. Vianca Mikaella S. Miguel is part of the Corporate Law Department where she handles a wide array of corporate matters such as corporate registrations, foreign investments, corporate reorganizations and securities. Ms. Miguel also handles accounts involving labor and litigation practice.

In 2021, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 2022 with exemplary performance. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management from the Ateneo De Manila University with a Minor in Japanese Studies in 2015.

In law school, Ms. Miguel interned for the University of the Philippines Law Internship Center in 2020 and the Office of Legal Aid in 2021 where she was the Team Leader. In 2018, she also worked as an intern in the House of Representatives.
