Rosylyn L. Ramirez

Ms. Rosylyn L. Ramirez is part of the Firm’s Taxation Department.

Ms. Ramirez received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2019 (Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence recipient) and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas and passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination in 2007.

From January 2020 to January 2022, Ms. Ramirez worked as an associate in another law firm. She also worked as an Investigation Agent and Legal Assistant for the Competition Enforcement Office of the Philippine Competition Commission from December 2016 to November 2018. Before law school, Ms. Ramirez worked as an accountant in various capacities, including an audit associate in a respectable auditing firm from November 2007 to July 2009.
