Joseph Benedict N. Masigan

Mr. Joseph Benedict N. Masigan is a member of the Firm’s Taxation Department, specializing in a diverse range of areas, including tax assessments, tax refunds, tax litigation, tax planning, corporate and commercial law, as well as civil and criminal litigation.

Mr. Masigan obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2022 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.

Prior to this, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Major in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University in 2017.

During his time in law school, Mr. Masigan demonstrated his commitment to legal excellence through his roles as a legal intern at the University of the Philippines - Office of Legal Aid and the Office of the Solicitor General, where he was cited for distinguished performance.

Additionally, he gained practical experience as an intern in various private law firms across Metro Manila.
